In 20+ years of practice we have filed and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in the United States and Patent and Trademark Office. We have also coordinated foreign prosecution for US-origin filings, and prosecuted foreign-origin cases in the US. We have worked with litigation counsel in a number of patent infringement cases in Federal Court, and represented clients in validity trials before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
